The OpenAPI description is at https://pixplace.space/api/v1/openapi.json.
1. Scope
These API Terms of Use apply when you call the pixPLace API with a ppk_live_ key: from a script, an AI agent, an automation tool such as Zapier or Make, or your own application. They add to the pixPLace Terms of Service and do not replace them.
The operator of pixPLace is pixPLace (pixplace.space).
For use of the API, these API Terms prevail over the Terms of Service where they conflict; otherwise the Terms of Service apply.
2. Acceptable use
Use the API only to publish and manage content that is your own, or that you are licensed to publish. You must not:
- send spam, or use the API to send unsolicited messages or comments;
- publish masses of identical or near-identical posts;
- inflate likes, followers, views or any other metric artificially;
- infringe the rights of others, including copyright, trademark, privacy and publicity rights;
- circumvent limits, for example by spreading requests over several keys or accounts;
- sell, resell, share or publish your API key, or let someone else act with it;
- access, collect or try to access data of others that your key does not give you.
3. Limits
Creating a post: 5 per minute per account and 50 per day per key. Other limits are listed in the developer guide, which is the only place where they are kept up to date. An answer with the status 429 and a Retry-After header means you reached a limit: wait, then repeat the request.
4. Responsibility for your key
A key acts for one account. You are responsible for it:
- store it as a secret; do not put it in public code, in a browser, in a prompt that others can read or in a log;
- if it may have leaked, revoke it at once in Settings → Developer and create a new one;
- you are responsible for the requests made with your key until you revoke it in Settings → Developer. Revocation takes effect immediately.
5. Responsibility for content
You are responsible for everything published through your key, including text, images and video produced automatically or by an AI model. Publishing through the API does not change the Terms of Service: the rules on user content and prohibited conduct apply in full.
6. Violations and their consequences
If you violate these terms, we may revoke your API key, suspend your API access, or delete your account.
We usually warn you first by email and give you a reasonable time to fix the problem. For serious or repeated violations (spam, fake engagement, someone else's content, attacks on the service) we may act without warning.
7. Loss of access
Loss of access to the API as a result of a violation, and loss of your subscription and your Energy as a result of a severe violation, is handled without compensation, within the limits allowed by applicable law.
Governing law and disputes: see the Terms of Service.
8. Appeals
If you think a key was revoked or access was suspended by mistake, write to [email protected] and name the account and the key prefix. We will review the request within 14 days of receiving it.
9. Changes to these terms
We may change these terms. We will notify you of a change by email and with a notice in Settings → Developer, at least 30 days before it takes effect. Changes to the API itself are recorded in the changelog.
